today damn tired sia after cross country(2.8km) at admiralty park

after tat we go off in gangs to causeway point

it is so disapointing although i did not get into the top 20 to win a trophy.then me n mareish wait 4 sebastian n yuan jun at kfc to eat breakfast. damn happy though i am very tired.
